Glassell Exterior During

This project consisted of the addition of 1050 S.F. of space to an existing 2300 S.F. Heights bungalow. Also requested was the use of the addition to connect to an existing uncompleted garage apartment to be used as the children's get-away and a guest room. The maker focus of the project was for the addition and reconfigured existing room to flow better for contemporary living and frequent entertaining. Running the length of the house, a deck which opens off of the formal living area, master bathroom, dining room, and great-room addition was added to visually tie and unify the entire design as well as allow for outdoor dining and the easy flow of guests while entertaining. A well-known Houston caterer was used as the kitchen consultant. And, a circle drive at the front of the house allows for easy flow of guests.
